I provide a one-off coaching session designed for individuals experiencing persistent depersonalisation & derealisation. This session offers a clear framework for understanding these distressing symptoms and how they are maintained, taking a perspective from cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT). We also discuss treatment options and guidance on next steps. It’s ideal for those seeking clarity and a plan for overcoming these symptoms.
Sessions will be delivered by video-call using Microsoft Teams. You do not need to have Teams on your device, however some people report that things work better if they have the app downloaded.
Each one-off session will last approximately 60 minutes.

No. No intervention for any condition – physical or psychological – can guarantee a cure.
The interventions I offer can help you to make the first steps towards your own recovery. During our time together I hope to help you to gain a better understanding of your depersonalisation-derealisation and to challenge some of the scary assumptions you may have made about your symptoms. You may also find it useful to talk to a professional who has experienced persistent depersonalisation-derealisation and who has recovered from the condition.
